Verve AI is an interview copilot that transcribes a live call and drafts answers, and it also includes AI mock interviews and a set of job-search tools. People searching for it want the price, whether it's free, and whether the mock interviews are any good. This review uses Verve AI's own pricing page as of October 9, 2026. We make a competing product, YesToTheOffer, so we say where Verve AI fits.
The short version
| What it is | An interview copilot with AI mock interviews, an AI resume builder, and other job tools |
| Price | Free to start. Standard is $44.99 a month and Pro is $84.99 a month on monthly billing |
| Free | 3 copilot sessions of 15 minutes and 5 AI mock interviews, no credit card |
| Platforms | Mac, Windows, and iPhone |
| Good for | People who want live help, mock practice, and resume tools in one place |
| Less good for | Short searches, since billing is monthly, and anyone who wants to pay only for minutes used |
What Verve AI does
From the pricing page, the product has these parts:

- AI mock interviews, described as practice with an interactive AI interviewer on question banks from top companies
- AI interview reports with feedback on your performance
- 14 AI tools, including a resume builder, a cover letter builder, and an applicant tracking system checker
- Interview domains such as coding, system design, finance, product management, data science, and consulting (20 on the Pro plan)

What Verve AI costs
The page showed prices in Chinese yuan by default. Switching the currency to US dollars gave these figures.
| Plan | Monthly billing | Discounted billing shown | What you get |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | 3 copilot sessions of 15 minutes, 5 AI mock interviews, 5 interview reports, 14 AI tools |
| Standard | $44.99 a month | $39.99 a month | 60-minute copilot sessions, unlimited AI mock interviews, 10 interview reports |
| Pro | $84.99 a month | $59.99 a month | Unlimited 90-minute copilot sessions, unlimited mock interviews and reports, unlimited question bank, 20 interview domains, newer reasoning models |
| Enterprise | Pay as you go | Starting at $10 a session, for hiring teams |
The discounted prices appear when you pick longer billing. The page has a "59% off" label next to the annual option. Billing period, refund terms, and what happens to unused sessions weren't something we could confirm from the page, so read them at checkout.
Are the mock interviews good?
The pricing page describes them as practice on question banks from top companies with an interactive AI interviewer, and it gives 5 free sessions, with unlimited sessions on paid plans. It doesn't describe how realistic the follow-up questions are or how the feedback is scored, so the free sessions are the way to judge. For comparison with other tools, see our guide to AI mock interview tools.
Is Verve AI free?
Yes, within limits. The free plan gives 3 copilot sessions of 15 minutes each and 5 mock interviews, with no credit card. That's enough to see how both features work, not enough to cover a real interview loop.
Is Verve AI worth it?
| Your situation | Cheapest Verve AI option |
|---|---|
| Testing the copilot and mock interviews | Free plan |
| A month of active practice and a few interviews | Standard, $44.99 |
| Unlimited live sessions and the coding and system design domains | Pro, $84.99 on monthly billing |
The value depends on whether you'll use the extras. If you only need live answers for two or three interviews, a monthly plan is more than you need.
How YesToTheOffer compares
We make YesToTheOffer, so weigh this accordingly.
| Verve AI | YesToTheOffer | |
|---|---|---|
| Billing | $44.99 or $84.99 a month, or a discounted longer term | Minute packs, no subscription |
| Packs | n/a | $29.99 for 240 minutes, $59.99 for 600, $99.99 for 1,200 |
| Unused time | Plans are monthly | Minutes don't expire |
| Free to try | 15-minute sessions and 5 mock interviews | 30 free minutes |
| Mock interviews | Included | Not offered |
| Resume tools | Resume builder, cover letter builder, ATS checker | Answers built from your resume. No resume builder |
| Coding help | Coding domain and screen capture | Screenshot coding help at 0.2x |
| Review after the interview | AI interview reports | Transcript and review |
Verve AI has more built in, especially mock interviews and resume tools. YesToTheOffer is cheaper for a limited number of interviews, because you pay for minutes used and nothing expires, but it has no mock interview mode. See our guides to AI interview copilot tools for software engineers, the Cluely alternatives, and reviews of LockedIn AI and Sensei AI.
Check the rules first
Verve AI markets itself as hidden from screen sharing. That doesn't make it allowed. Many employers ban AI help in live interviews and online assessments, and some ask you to confirm you won't use it. If you're found out, you can lose the offer or be removed from the process.
The safest uses of any coding or interview copilot are practice, mock interviews, and reviewing a transcript afterward. Our AI interview copilot guide shows how to prepare answers from your own experience.
