Interview Sidekick combines live interview help with a large practice library, and the searches for it are about the usual things: what it costs, whether it has a free version, and how it compares. This review uses Interview Sidekick's own pricing page as of October 7, 2026. We make a competing product, YesToTheOffer, so we say where Interview Sidekick is the stronger choice.
The short version

| Good for | People who want a big question bank and unlimited practice in the same plan |

What Interview Sidekick does
The site lists these capabilities:
- Real-time AI help during live interviews, with a stated median answer time under a second
- Unlimited AI mock interviews with feedback on your answers and communication
- A question bank of more than 10,000 real interview questions from over 150 companies
- Interview transcripts of your sessions
- Advanced prep insights, which are analytics on your performance by category
- Code mode for live coding interviews
- Stealth mode, which hides the app from screen sharing
It lists support for Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Webex, Lark and Feishu, and Amazon Chime, plus coding platforms such as CoderPad, HackerRank, LeetCode, and CodeSignal. The site also states it's trusted by more than 737,000 job seekers and has a 4.8 rating from over 2,500 reviews. Those figures are the company's own claims.
What Interview Sidekick costs
| Plan | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Basic Sidekick | Free | Limited prep sessions, limited question bank access, basic prep insights. No credit card required |
| Ultimate Sidekick, monthly | $160 listed, $80 with code SAVE50 | Unlimited prep sessions, advanced insights, AI feedback on answers, code mode, stealth mode, the full question bank, transcripts |
| Ultimate Sidekick, quarterly | $53 a month | The same, billed every 3 months. The page marks it as saving 34 percent |
The pricing page presents the monthly plan as 50 percent off $160 when you apply the code SAVE50 at checkout. The quarterly rate of $53 a month works out to about $159 per charge. The page says you can cancel anytime from your account settings and keep access until the end of the billing period, and that your transcripts stay available after cancelling.
The thing to watch is the listed price. If the discount code isn't applied, the monthly price is $160, which is among the highest in this category. Check what the checkout shows before you pay.
Is Interview Sidekick free?
Yes, in a limited form. The free plan includes some prep sessions, part of the question bank, and basic insights, with no credit card. The site's homepage text mentions a short test of the real-time assistant on the free plan. The unlimited features are in the paid plan.
Who it suits
Interview Sidekick's strength is practice. A 10,000-question bank sorted by topic and difficulty, unlimited mock interviews, and transcripts to review them give you a lot to work with. If your main goal is to rehearse for several weeks across many question types, the Ultimate plan has depth that few competitors match.
It's less suited to someone with two or three interviews. At $80 for a month, you'd pay a flat fee for a handful of hours of use. The month-to-month price also asks for a recurring payment, so set a reminder to cancel.

Interview Sidekick offers more practice material and mobile apps. YesToTheOffer is cheaper for a limited number of interviews, because you pay for the minutes used and nothing expires. Check the rules first
Interview Sidekick lists stealth mode as a feature. Hiding the app doesn't make its use allowed. Many employers ban AI help in live interviews and assessments, and some ask you to confirm you won't use it. If you're found out, you can lose the offer.
The safest uses are practice, mock interviews, and reviewing a transcript afterward. Our AI interview copilot guide explains how to build answers from your own experience.
