We checked the official pricing pages of eight AI interview assistants on October 17, 2026. Prices run from a free tier to about $150 a month for unlimited use, and from $6.66 to $38 per one-hour interview if you pay by the session. The cheapest option depends mostly on how many interviews you have: with two or three interviews a pay-per-use pack costs less than a month of most subscriptions, and with ten interviews spread over three months a low-priced subscription can win.

Disclosure: yestotheoffer publishes this page and makes one of the eight products. We applied the same criteria to every tool, and we say below where competitors cost less than we do.

Pricing at a glance (last checked October 17, 2026)

All figures are US dollars as shown on each official page that day. "Annual equivalent" is the annual price divided by 12 where the page shows an annual plan. Promotional prices are marked.

How we compared

Each price comes from the vendor's own pricing or home page, opened on October 17, 2026. We recorded the monthly price, the annual price converted to a monthly figure, free access, any pay-per-session or credit packs, lifetime plans, what the page says is included, and whether prices show without logging in. Where a page did not state something we wrote "not stated" instead of filling the gap. We did not test the quality of any product, so nothing here says which one gives better answers.

Three limits to keep in mind. Prices change often and several pages show sale prices. Some pages show a different price after you sign in. And a few tools we looked at are missing from the table because we could not verify an official price: Verve AI, Interview Pilot, SubcueAI and others did not give us a readable pricing page, and Interview Coder's page showed prices in one fetch ($299 a month and $799 lifetime) but showed none in a second check, so we left it out rather than guess.

The eight tools

yestotheoffer

Best for people with a few interviews who do not want a subscription.

Desktop app for macOS and Windows. You buy interview minutes: $9.99 for 90 universal minutes, and a $29.99 pack described on the site as 240 minutes. A session with cloud transcription uses 1.0 minute per minute, and coding-only help from screenshots uses 0.2 minute per minute, so 90 minutes covers up to 450 minutes of coding-only help. Turning coding on during a transcribed session costs nothing extra. Unused minutes do not expire according to the site's pricing comparison page. New accounts get up to 30 free minutes.

On the $9.99 pack, one hour costs $6.66 (60 / 90 x $9.99). On the $29.99 pack it is $7.50. We have no mock-interview mode, no mobile app and a smaller user base than the larger names.

Final Round AI

Best for people who want a large, established product and will use it for many interviews.

The homepage shows a Free plan and a Pro plan from $25 a month, with the note that live sessions need Pro and there is no free trial. The plan page lists higher figures: $125 a month billed every 2 months, $83.33 a month billed half-yearly and $62.50 a month billed annually. We could not match the homepage's $25 to any plan on the plan page, so confirm what you are charged at checkout. The plan page also says discounts are revealed after sign-in. Monthly plans, renewals and upgrades are non-refundable, with a 72-hour guarantee on first-time quarterly and yearly purchases. It includes mock interviews and an interview question bank, which we do not have. See our longer Final Round AI review and side-by-side comparison.

LockedIn AI

Best for people who want unlimited sessions including mock interviews and are comfortable prepaying.

The Unlimited tab lists $109.98 a month, with $43.99 as the first payment only (shown as 60% off). A 3-month plan shows $31.99 a month for the first payment and $79.98 a month equivalent after that, billed every 3 months. The plans include unlimited interview sessions and unlimited mock interviews, with support for up to 2 hours per interview. A Lifetime tab shows $799.60 as a one-time payment (crossed-out price $1,999) and says refunds are not available once your first session starts. A Credits tab says credits never expire, but the plan we saw on it was a $139.98-a-month plan with 400 Copilot minutes, and we did not find a per-credit price. The page does not state a free tier; the home page says new users get free access. See our LockedIn AI review.

ParakeetAI

Best for people who want to buy credits and use them at their own pace, if they can pay the per-hour price.

Unlimited costs $149.90 a month, $78 a week, or $599.90 a year ($49.99 a month equivalent). The credit packs are 1 credit for $38, 3 for $59, 8 for $118 (6 paid, 2 free) and 15 for $177 (9 paid, 6 free). The page lists 0.5 credit for a 30-minute call or mock, so one hour is one credit. There is one free 10-minute session, and the first mock interview is free. Its renewal terms are only described as no lock-in, cancel anytime.

OphyAI

Best for one-off interviews if you want a per-session price and a Mac or Windows app.

Interview passes are $9.99 for one Standard-model Copilot session of up to 2 hours, or $19.99 for three, with no subscription; passes are non-refundable. Subscriptions are $29 a month (300 credits) and $59 a month (500 credits), and there is a 20% annual discount whose price we did not read. Credit costs are per action: Copilot costs 15 credits for Standard or Technical and 25 for Advanced, so credits do not map one-to-one to interviews. The free plan has 5 one-time credits and one 15-minute Copilot session. For a one-hour interview our $9.99 pack works out to $6.66, which is less than OphyAI's $9.99 pass. For a two-hour interview the pass is cheaper: $9.99 there against $13.32 on our $9.99 pack (120 / 90 x $9.99).

Sensei AI

Best for people who want unlimited sessions and will commit to a year.

Free access is limited to 15-minute Copilot sessions. Pro is $89 a month, or $24 a month billed annually ($288 a year). Pro lists unlimited Copilot sessions, a coding copilot, and a resume builder. Paying for a year costs more than three months at the monthly rate ($288 versus $267), so the annual plan only pays off if you expect to use it for more than three months. See Sensei AI vs yestotheoffer.

CoPilot Interview

Best for people with many interviews who want the lowest monthly subscription.

A native desktop app for Windows and macOS, not a browser extension. Free is 15 minutes a day in sessions of up to 15 minutes. Standard is $14.99 a month at the sale price (regular $19.99) with 60-minute sessions and up to 100 minutes a day. Pro is $29.99 and Pro+ is $49.99, both with 70-minute sessions, and Pro Annual is $199.99 a year. There are no minute packs or lifetime plans. The cheapest paid plan on this page is cheaper than ours once you use more than about 135 minutes a month ($14.99 / $0.111 per minute), or about 180 minutes if the regular $19.99 price applies.

Cluely

Best for people who mainly want a general meeting assistant at a low monthly price.

Starter is free with limited AI responses and limited meeting notes. Pro is $19.99 a month, and Pro + Undetectability is $149.99 a month. The pricing page describes AI responses and meeting notetaking and does not describe interview-specific features, so it is not a like-for-like comparison with tools built around interviews. See Cluely alternatives.

Assumptions: every interview lasts one hour, every tool is used for the whole hour, prices are the October 17, 2026 figures above, and we use the cheapest combination of packs that covers the time. For our packs we use the $9.99 pack (90 minutes) with cloud transcription at 1.0x. Promotional first-payment prices are used only where noted. For the three-month search we assume 10 interviews, which is 600 minutes.

Over three months with ten interviews, CoPilot Interview and Cluely cost less than we do. A 60-minute session cap on Standard also means a one-hour interview that runs long needs a second session.

Hidden limits to check before you pay

Session caps decide whether a plan fits a real interview. CoPilot Interview caps sessions at 15 minutes on Free, 60 on Standard and 70 on Pro. Sensei AI's free sessions are 15 minutes. ParakeetAI's free session is 10 minutes. LockedIn AI states support for up to 2 hours per interview and OphyAI passes cover up to 2 hours.

Credits do not always equal interviews. ParakeetAI charges 0.5 credit for 30 minutes. OphyAI's monthly credits are spent per action, with 15 or 25 credits for one Copilot session. Our minutes work on a time basis, 1.0x for transcription and 0.2x for coding-only. Ask what one unit buys before you compare headline prices.

Promotional prices are often first-payment only. LockedIn AI's $43.99 applies to the first month and then returns to $109.98. CoPilot Interview's $14.99 is a sale price against a regular $19.99. Final Round AI says its discount is revealed after sign-in.

Renewal and refund terms differ a lot. Final Round AI says monthly plans, renewals and upgrades are non-refundable. CoPilot Interview refunds the first payment within 14 days if you used under 30 minutes of live time, and says renewal charges are not refunded. LockedIn AI lifetime purchases are non-refundable once a session starts. OphyAI passes are non-refundable. ParakeetAI's page links to a refund policy without stating its terms.

Expiry is another gap. LockedIn AI says credits never expire. Our minutes do not expire according to our pricing comparison page. Most other pages do not state it.

Privacy and data handling

Price is only part of the cost of putting a transcript tool into an interview. For yestotheoffer, your resume, knowledge-base documents and desktop interview history are stored on your own computer and can be viewed or deleted. To generate suggestions, relevant text, screenshots and resume details go to AI model providers, and live audio is streamed to a speech-to-text provider. Audio recordings are not kept. Read the privacy page of any tool you compare, because we have not compared the others' data handling here.

Ethics and employer rules

These tools can break interview rules. Many employers and platforms ban outside help during interviews, and some companies say so in writing before the interview. Several vendors market features meant to stay hidden from screen sharing, and we do not promise anything like that. Whether a tool is noticed depends on the platform, your setup and how the interviewer observes you, and it changes over time. If you use any assistant, it is your responsibility to follow the employer's and the platform's rules and to accept the consequences if you do not. Many people use these tools only for preparation, notes or practice, where the rules question does not arise. For more, see our article on whether these tools are undetectable.
