Welcome to yestotheoffer! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our macOS and Windows desktop application, our web interview app, our website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), provided by yestotheoffer ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Important: This Service is a powerful preparation and assistance tool. It is strictly forbidden to use it for cheating, impersonation, or any form of academic or professional dishonesty. You are solely responsible for your performance and integrity.

1. The Service

yestotheoffer is a next-generation AI Interviewer & Strategic Co-pilot designed for elite job seekers. It provides a suite of tools through a "Strategic Planning → Immersive Live Practice → Intelligent Debriefing" workflow, including real-time voice transcription, screenshot analysis, AI-driven response suggestions, and a private knowledge base (RAG) to assist you during interview preparation and live interviews.

2. Accounts & Purchases

You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

The Service operates on a pay-as-you-go model. You purchase packs of universal minutes, which are consumed while an interview session is active. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

How minutes are used. Universal minutes are deducted at a rate that depends on the features enabled for a session:

Voice transcription (with or without screenshot assistance): 1.0 minute per minute (1.0x).
Screenshot (coding) assistance only: 0.2 minute per minute (0.2x).

Each session is billed by the started minute, with a minimum of one minute. You need a positive balance to start a session, and an active session may be ended automatically when your balance runs out.

Payments and refunds. Payments are processed by Stripe. If a payment is refunded or reversed, the minutes purchased with it are removed from your balance.

3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service in a manner that is lawful, ethical, and in accordance with these Terms.

Permitted Use: The Service is intended as a preparation and assistance tool to help you organize your thoughts, access your own knowledge, and practice your responses.
Prohibited Use: You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, misrepresenting your abilities in any academic, professional, or official evaluation.
Disclaimer of Outcome: While yestotheoffer is a powerful tool, we do not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to job offers or successful interview performance.

The goal of yestotheoffer is to help you perform at your best, not to perform for you. Your success ultimately depends on your own skills, preparation, and communication.

4. Intellectual Property & Privacy

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of yestotheoffer. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data is stored on your device, what is stored by us, and what is sent to our service providers (such as speech-to-text and AI model providers) to deliver the Service.

5. Third-Party Services and AI Output

Real-time transcription and AI answers rely on third-party providers. We do not guarantee that these features will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for how you use it.

6. Termination and Changes

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for any breach of these Terms. We also reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, providing at least 30 days' notice of any significant changes.
