yestotheoffer is a next-generation AI Interviewer & Strategic Co-pilot designed for elite job seekers. It provides a suite of tools through a "Strategic Planning → Immersive Live Practice → Intelligent Debriefing" workflow, including real-time voice transcription, screenshot analysis, AI-driven response suggestions, and a private knowledge base (RAG) to assist you during interview preparation and live interviews.

2. Accounts & Purchases

You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

The Service operates on a pay-as-you-go model. You purchase "Available Duration" which is consumed by AI-assisted features. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service in a manner that is lawful, ethical, and in accordance with these Terms.

  • Permitted Use: The Service is intended as a preparation and assistance tool to help you organize your thoughts, access your own knowledge, and practice your responses.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for any breach of these Terms. We also reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, providing at least 30 days' notice of any significant changes.
